10. Disclaimer of Warranties: The Program is provided "as is," and the Provider makes no warranties regarding the Program's effectiveness or the achievement of Participants' goals.
11. Limitation of Liability: The Provider will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to participation in the Program.
12. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Provider operates, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
13. Amendments: The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes, which will become effective upon announcement.
