Terms and Conditions for The Royal Mentorship Program

1. Acceptance of Terms: By enrolling in the Mentorship Program ("Program"), participants ("Participants") agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms"), which constitute a binding agreement between the Participant and the Program provider ("Provider").

Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission from the Provider.

9. Confidentiality: Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared within the Program. This includes, but is not limited to, mentorship strategies, participant information, and business practices.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties: The Program is provided "as is," and the Provider makes no warranties regarding the Program's effectiveness or the achievement of Participants' goals.

11. Limitation of Liability: The Provider will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to participation in the Program.

12. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Provider operates, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

13. Amendments: The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes, which will become effective upon announcement.
